Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard international shipping. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
YAMARA BEAUTY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or other costs) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
YAMARA BEAUTY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
